On May 1st, 1931 The Empire State Building, the tallest skyscraper in the world for the next 41 years, dominated its magnificent shape over the city of New York for the first time.
Today we celebrate the 77th anniversary of the splendid and iconic skyscraper, remaining the second-tallest building in the United States.
